Getting Ready for Plums

methleyToday, time was spent laying out the tiny plum orchard. We’ll set out five bareroot Methley Plum trees really soon. YUM! They will be planted on the north end of the garden just a little south of the tiny apple orchard with a spacing of twelve feet: this spacing sounds a little close but should be fine when considering the angle of the row. It’s very exciting to see our tiny garden finally coming together. 🙂

  1. Oh, how I love plums. Reading this post made my mouth water. Have fun planting, and I’m sending good wishes for a successful start to your tiny plum orchard.
